2. Submit Lease Application

By completing & sending/submitting this application, I certify that I have read the below application & that the information provided is true and complete. I understand that any incorrect, incomplete, or untrue statements shall be grounds for the termination of the Lease by the Landlord. I understand that my Application Fee is nonrefundable. I understand that deposit and/or move-in fee amount will depend on unit selected, credit profile, and/or co-applicants. I hearby authorize Landlord, Agent(s) of the Landlord, and/or the National Association of Independent Landlords to verify all of the information in this application & obtain credit reports on the applicant &/or any co-applicants.
